What is your return policy for domestic shipments?

  • We are happy to accommodate returns within 7 days of purchase in-store & online orders within Thailand
  • All sales item / promotional items are not returnable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Client/Purchase shall be responsible for the charges or return shipping

What is your return policy for international shipments?

  • We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of online orders. All sales item / promotional items are not returnable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.

How soon will I receive my 'Refund'

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 30 business days.

Late or missing 'Refund' (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@atelierpichita.com.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Customers can cancel their orders only before the store arranges the delivery
    • When the product has been delivered customer will not be able to cancel the order.


    STOLEN / MISSING ORDER

    • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@atelierpichita.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
